As of this morning, 99% of SearchTracker data is available through May 9th. The system is still catching up with the delayed data - it is expected that we will have data through the weekend after today, and the system will be fully caught up by 5/15.

We have remediated the issue. We will continue to monitor the situation. The outage was limited to a subset of search tracker standard insights, including everything in the Search Tracker overview page. Search Tracker custom insights, and almost everything in report builder was not impacted with this outage.
