Update -
We are continuing to investigate reports that saved filters are not updating. More specifically, the platform maintains a list of matching entities for each saved filter; it is these lists that are failing to be updated when either entities change of the saved filter criteria change. This seems to be affecting all saved filters, not just those whose criteria were recently changed.
The delayed updates to these lists is also delaying updates to downstream systems that use saved filters as scopes. This includes Pages, Search, Streams, and subscription license assignments that use saved filters.

Investigating -
We are investigating reports that some saved filters of entities are not updating, particularly those that have been recently created or had their criteria recently updated. Downstream effects include pages not being generated for those Yext Pages sites scoped to the affected saved filters.
